XLIX

This is baring my soul out to everyone who's out there. I probably don't you, you don't know me either but here we are, reading something I wrote to deal with my feelings.

I'm not that old but not that young either to keep my definition of pain within the confinement of physical injuries. Yes. Pain is of so many types, so many emotions that can't be expressed verbally. It can either motivate you to pull yourself up or crush you so much that you never come out to see the light of hope. We all want a life without any negativity but let's face it, it's impossible. There's always too much at stake and change is inevitable.

Times change, people change. And no matter how many advices we take, no wise words can heal the burning sensation within you. Showing that you are vulnerable and can be broken is a sign of weakness. But doesn't the disease spread quicker if it isn't diagnosed?

We're always too quick to pounce on others and judge them at the face value. Do we know what they're going through? No. Do we bother asking them? No. We're all too selfish. We have too many things to take care of. And that's okay. Everyone has to carry some baggage themselves.

We find other people to help us carry the load and while some stay, some don't. The ones who leave often add more baggage but if we manage carrying that without complaining, that is what makes us strong. No one can judge how weak or strong you are, except you yourself.

So buckle up soldier. This is just a passing phase. While it may feel arduous fighting the enemies, you will emerge victorious in the end.
