Thunder

She isn't the one who shies away from making you aware of her existence. She just doesn't let her thunder be the reason why people know her. You'd find her lurking around the small nooks and crooks of your life, but she'll never let her thunder be heard by you. She will always have that charm about her, that one-time flash of lightning that will either intimidate you or attract you to approach her, but you can't just ignore her.

She's different, and you know that.

You'd see her only if you are observant enough. She's easy to spot but even easier to miss. But once you find her, don't let her go. Not even by chance. You see, lightning does not strike everybody. So, if that bolt of lightning strikes you, you don't want to miss out on the exhilarating experience she brings along with it. It'll be terrifying, but trust me, it'll be worth it.

You're not going to find another thunderstorm like that in the rain of mediocrity and distorted stereotypes of "perfection".

But what do you when her thunder becomes fainter and her lightning becomes dull? You can't bear the idea of her shutting herself out from discovering herself, can't stand to see her broken, can't see her hide the pain, you've seen her torment herself too much only to be surrounded by the carcass of her uniqueness while she walks on the support of a fake, phony skeleton like the ones the fool multitude possess.

Be her thunder when her lightning needs to be supported.

Don't give up on her. While she is at her worst, think about the light she has brought into your life. You will come across other thunderstorms, but none would thrill you as much as the one her did. She was your thunderstorm, and will always remain to be. You can never shut her out.

Because while you may close your eyes to not see her brilliance, her thunder will keep you up on lonely, rainy nights.
