Shock

She was rushed to the hospital and immediately put under critical care. Vysana reached the hospital as soon as he heard about the accident. He saw Rehasya’s best friend banging on the ICU door and he went to restrain her. She was crying and tried to break free of Vysana’s tight grip but failed.

 Vysana looked at Rehasya with helpless eyes and his mind went through a guilt trip.

He had sneaked out from Rehasya’s flat during the night to go back to his place and bring Rehasya’s birthday gift - An engagement ring. However, he couldn’t find it when he reached his apartment. He searched everywhere, from under the bed to inside his fridge, but failed miserably. He had no choice but to wait till morning until the jewellery store opened. Extremely saddened, Vysana cried himself to sleep. 

He overslept.
